Shipping Policy

How soon will I get my order?

As soon as you click that purchase button, we start processing your order. You’ll get an email with tracking info (depending upon the method you've requested) once your stuff has been shipped so you can follow it all the way to your doorstep. If you’ve got a question about your order status, please follow the tracking number provided. Here’s some other stuff you should know:

  • Customer orders are generally processed within 3-5 business days for customer orders 7-14 business days for wholesale orders. Exceptions during peak seasons will be noted on our website.
  • We only ship orders Monday-Friday, and not on national holidays.
  • Please allow for at least 7 to 14 business days shipping time for Canada and U.S. orders after you have received your tracking number. 
  • All orders will ship as they are received; we are unable to hold orders or delay shipment once an order has been placed on our website.  Rush orders may be subject to additional fees.

My package has been marked “delivered” but I never received it. 

We are not responsible for any delays, damages or transit issues that may arise due to the parcel carriers once packages have left our facility.  Refunds or replacement packages will not be offered if marked "delivered" by the parcel carrier's tracking system. You will need to open a claim with the parcel carrier in the event of a delayed, non-receipt or damaged package. Your parcel was shipped insured and we are happy to assist.

 

My order says it’s been shipped but there’s no tracking information.


Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to become available once a package has been shipped from our facility.

My order should have qualified for flat rate shipping, but I was charged more.

Maximum weights apply. Heavy packages will incur increased shipping rates. Expedited shipping options are excluded from this offer and will incur additional cost. Flat rate, standard shipping is available to Canadian addresses, only.

Do you ship to the United States?

Yes. 

  • Any applicable duties/taxes for International packages are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your country's customs agency for policies on tariff/duty fees on any orders from outside your country. There will be no refunds on orders when duties/tariffs are not paid for by the recipient.
