Shipping Policy

How soon will I get my order?

As soon as you click that purchase button, we start processing your order. You’ll get an email with tracking info (depending upon the method you've requested) once your order has been shipped so you can follow it all the way to your doorstep. If you’ve got a question about your order status, please follow the tracking number provided. Here’s some other stuff you should know:

  • Customer orders are generally processed within 2-4 business days for customer orders 5-10 business days for wholesale orders. Delays are possible during busy periods or for large orders. Please understand that while we work hard to keep stock on hand, it is very likely that at least part of your order is being made fresh - just for you! If you need your order by a specific date - please be sure to communicate this with us and we will do our best to accommodate.
  • We only ship orders Monday-Friday, and not on national holidays.
  • Please allow for at least 7 to 14 business days shipping time for Canada and U.S. orders after you have received your tracking number. 
  • All orders will ship as they are received; we are unable to hold orders or delay shipment once an order has been placed on our website.  Rush orders may be subject to additional fees.

My package has been marked “delivered” but I never received it. 

We are not responsible for any delays, damages or transit issues that may arise due to the parcel carriers once packages have left our facility.  Refunds or replacement packages will not be offered if marked "delivered" by the parcel carrier's tracking system. You will need to open a claim with the parcel carrier in the event of a delayed, non-receipt or damaged package. Your parcel was shipped insured and we are happy to assist.

My order says it’s been shipped but there’s no tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to become available once a package has been shipped from our workshop.

My order should have qualified for $15 shipping, but I was charged more.

Most packages leaving our workshop cost about $18-21 in shipping fees and supplies. Charleston Botanicals absorbs a portion of this cost in appreciation of our valued customers.  

$15 flat rate shipping is available for all orders under 5lbs going to Canadian addresses. Orders over 5lbs or outside of Canada may incur additional shipping fees. Expedited shipping options are excluded from this offer and will incur additional costs.

The unfortunate reality is that small businesses do not have the capacity to absorb all shipping fees like larger companies like Amazon can offer. However, we do try to help make ordering online more affordable by absorbing part of this cost. Flat rate shipping applies to most orders, but when our cost is increased as noted above, our customers are responsible for any associated additional fees.

Do you ship to the United States?
