Directions: Apply a generous glop in your hands and massage gently into your skin using a circular motion or back and forth strokes. Focus a little more attention on the rougher parts of your body, like your elbows, knees, ankles, and the bottoms of your feet. Rinse & towel dry as usual. Use up to 3 times/week. Caution: External use only. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
