Wholesale Terms/Info

  • Wholesale discounts are available to approved stockists with physical storefronts. 
  • Once you have been approved for wholesale, please set up an account on our website and we will provide you with your discount code. Your discount code is tied to your email.
  • Order minimum is $300 retail (before taxes & your discount). All orders must be placed via our website and paid for at time of purchase.
  • Wholesale discounts apply exclusively to products within the Wholesale Hub Menu of our website. Other items are not available for wholesale or resale at this time. 
  • Charleston Botanicals reserves the right to adjust prices, adapt, add or remove products, alter packaging or labels from our product line without notice. 
  • Stockists agree that all products purchased will be offered for sale at or above our retail price at the time of purchase. (Short term, periodic sales or clear-outs do not present a problem).
  • Not all items are exactly as photographed. While we do our best to remain consistent, our products are handcrafted individually. Variations and minor “imperfections” are inevitable. We like to think of our products as perfectly imperfect. This is the beauty of handmade! 
  • Our Aroma Perks Rewards Program is not available to stockists. Sorry!
  • Bath bombs and shower steamers should never be stored or merchandised in sealed glass (or hard plastic) containers for safety reasons. (They can explode)! Drilling a small hole in the lid will allow sufficient air exchange. Please also note that sunlight will fade bath bomb colors. It is best to merchandise them away from windows and direct sunlight.
  • Charleston Botanicals reserves the right to alter wholesale terms as necessary. Please refer back to this page regularly for updates.
  • Delivery is free for stockists up to a 20km radius of our workshop and for a $20 fee from 20km-55km. If your order is being shipped, you will receive a separate, updated invoice for shipping fees when your order has been packaged and is ready to ship. (Free shipping is not available for wholesale orders, sorry). 
  • Orders for in-stock items are generally processed within 5-10 business days. Bulk/refillery orders may require additional time.
  • Available inventory is visible on each product page. Inventory is updated regularly as we work behind the scenes to replenish. If you would like to place an order for items that are not in stock or you are expecting to need larger quantities, contact us and we will do our best to accommodate. Additional processing time may be necessary to manufacture/prepare your order.
  • Wholesale orders are closed between November 15 & December 31. Christmas is a very busy time for all of us. Please help us keep you well stocked for the season in a timely manner by planning ahead of holidays and ordering early. 
  • Health Canada requires that all unlabeled products adhere to standard cosmetic label guidelines. If you are ordering unlabeled products, they must be accompanied by required information in print at point of sale. This can be accomplished by having required information on a sign or jar label by the unlabeled product as well as on an optional printed card for gifting. (Not provided). This information will be supplied on one printed label as well as on the product page of our website for convenient copy & paste. Stockists must adhere to these guidelines to maintain an active account.
  • Custom label prices are based on white labels with black print and include up to one hour of design time and two proofs. Additional graphics design time will be billed at a rate of $60/hr per label design. Coloured labels will be quoted where applicable. If you would like your logo or image applied to the label, a high quality photo must be provided in one of the following formats: jpg, png, pdf or cdr. 
  • We are not responsible for damage, safety/sanitary concerns or quality loss as a result of unpackaged products. 
  • Products should be sold within one year of purchase to ensure superior quality.
  • Please be sure to subscribe to our email list as important information is periodically sent to stockists in this manner.
  • If more than a year has lapsed since your last order, your account will be closed. Please submit a wholesale application if you would like to reinstate your account. Charleston Botanicals is a one woman show. Our partnership opportunities are very limited and we often have a wait list. We do not want to saturate the market geographically as this is not in our stockist’s best interest. If another client in your area is interested in a more active business relationship with us, it does not make sense for us to turn them away if your account has been dormant.
  • Due to the nature of our products, returns/exchanges will only be accepted on unopened damaged or defective items within 30 days of purchase.
